2/22/2007 - My work/home computer shut down and I had payroll due in 1 day! I called all my computer buddies and the problem was beyond them, so I did a search and found a few others - Joey was the ONLY one who spoke to me about the problem and actually walked me through and I was able to get my computer running again! I could clearly understand him and I trust his computer smarts! Joey is my new favorite computer DR! I am telling all my friends!

Cercom Electronics has achieved the near impossible. Joe had recovered 100% of the data from an unknown RAID 5/10 array across 4 drives (that’s right each drive was both RAID 5 and RAID 10), after the RAID container was destroyed. I have always done my own data recovery, and even for other firms, but I could not get any usable data off of the drives. Thank you, to Cercom, for performing miracles on our behalf. Their persistence is admirable, the rate structure was fair, and the customer service has been superlative.
